(I poached this from latimes, folks are going crazy over drone planes and how they lack pilots. WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK A DRONE PLANE IS?!? hey, it looks sick and while it will be ending a stack of lives somewhere, it will be saving lives somewhere else. in theory.)
New drone has no pilot anywhere, so who’s accountable? The Navy is testing an autonomous plane that will land on an aircraft carrier. The prospect of heavily armed aircraft screaming through the skies without direct human control is unnerving to many.
